Cheryl and I stopped at this beautiful Lavender Farm recently in the countryside of Killingworth CT. They grow lavender to infuse in many of their products that they sell in their country store which is on the property.
The serenity of the farm made it all worth while. It was so peaceful, and the staff was polite and accommodating. The kids and family can even go aboard the “Lavender Express” and have a nice slow train ride around the property.
If you plan on having picnic on the property bring your own food as they don’t sell food there. The pond is clean and a very nice place to sit by.
