Cheryl and I were out “barn hunting” in Bethlehem CT and came upon this beautiful white barn. It appeared that the 2nd floor was full of hay bails.
Like my father before me I worked on a dairy farm as a kid. I remember being at the top of one of those conveyors receiving bails of hay and having to stack them as fast as I could to keep up with the farmer below. It was hot and the air was not very healthy but it was a memory I wouldn’t trade.
