Abandoned Building, 300 Eddy St., Providence RI

This abandoned building certainly has real potential after a rehab.  I don’t know what used to be here, nor what will be here.  It’s a great location by the river and I’m sure even in it’s current state is worth big bucks.  The photographs depict the front and back of the building.
