[wzslider height=”525″ lightbox=”true”]The sun is setting on this somewhat abandoned barn at an old dairy farm in rural Coventry CT.  The farm itself was not actually abandoned but I believe the barn they currently use to house their livestock was across the street. If I had to guess the farmer probably just uses stores hay in the loft.

While photographing I was approached by a middle aged man in overhauls with a thick build that years of farming had obviously developed.  I was concerned that he would object to my photo’s but, to the contrary, he just wanted to know what I was up to and was a very cordial gentleman.

Had he objected the images would have been deleted.  I always respect people’s rights and views. I’m not one to pitch some type of “legal” argument over my rights.  I find when you just honestly explain to people why you’re taking an image they have no problem with it.  It’s all about mutual respect.
