Resting barn under the summers shade in Berlin CT

This well built old barn sits snuggled between two trees enjoying the shade on a hot summers day. Located on Chamberlain Hwy. in Berlin CT. You don’t see a lot of brick foundations for these old barns like this one has. Even more unusual is the custom window at the peak of the side wall. Unfortunately when I zoomed in I could see that the window was missing the bottom center and left window panel. The ground level window was also missing some panels. When I see this it makes me question how well the interior is holding up because it always becomes a haven for birds.Nevertheless it certainly looks solid and probably wouldn’t take too much to maintain it.
