[wzslider autoplay=”true” interval=”6000″ height=”800″ lightbox=”true”]I didn’t have very good access to this bridge and only had my smartphone camera phone with me. Due to road hazards I wasn’t even able to park the car and walk across to bridge to get a better side view. However I’m just trying to document abandoned steel bridges in the area so it is what it is.
New Milford is located in the far northwest part of CT. As you can see this area is very remote. Not being from the area it almost seemed a little uncomfortable taking the entrance shot, (where the orange barrels are), because the inlet into the woods was one way and you could easily be blocked in. However, as usual, getting the shot seems to prevail over common sense. (smile)
